With roots in the building trades, and a former building contractor, Patrick is an expert in new construction and restoration/remodeling. Patrick is experienced in eco-friendly, green building practices with a wide network of building professionals he can engage.

Patrick and his wife raised their family in Cape Elizabeth, restoring their own 1860’s farmhouse. They currently reside in the Kennebunks.
